Shipping policy
This policy applies to domestic (Australia) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
* For some large size products such as Snooza pet beds, we May not accept PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as Shipping Address.
The majority of our parcels are delivered by Australia Post however occasionally we work with other courier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price. Express shipping is now available Australia-wide for most products.
Refer below for estimated delivery times:
- Delivery within metro Melbourne: 2 - 5 business days
- Delivery from Melbourne to other cities and large towns in VIC: 3 - 6 business days
- Delivery within metro Sydney: 3 - 7 business days
- Delivery from Melbourne to other interstate locations: 4 - 14 business days
All orders will be sent with signature required unless ATL (Authority to Leave) is requested. Please keep an eye on the tracking and aim to be home on delivery day as re deliveries may incur additional costs. Although we do accept ATL, we will not cover replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
