Refund policy
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra 25% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer or will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and stored credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or issue a refund. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.
If you have received a shipment or product that is damaged, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please reach out to our team at info@modernpaws.com.au and provide photos of the damaged item, along with your order number and name. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Modern Paws, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That's why all our products come with a 1 Year Warranty for your peace of mind.
During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that has a manufacturing or materials fault.
Please take note of the following exclusions:
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, use of inappropriate cleaning products, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines will not be covered under the warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, which can occur over time with regular use, is not covered.
- Upholstered products may experience rips, wearing, pilling, creasing, stains, or fading, which are considered normal signs of use and are not covered.
- Excessive exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading or discoloration, which is not covered under the warranty.
- Our products are intended for domestic use, and any damages resulting from using them for other purposes will not be covered.
- Any tampering or modification of the product will void the warranty.
- Damage caused by pets, such as chewing or scratching, is not covered.
- Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events (Force Majeure), are not covered.
- The warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Snooza Repair Service for Snooza Bedding
Whilst we cannot warrant our products against the damage pets can cause Snooza does have a Repair Service in an effort to extend the life of your Snooza product. So if your pet's shown their bed a little too much love, they may be able to help.

Toys
At Modern Paws, we want to ensure the safety of your furry friends. Please remember that no toy is indestructible. It's important to supervise your dog whenever they are playing with a toy. Regularly inspect the toys for any damage and remove and replace them if they are broken or if parts become separated, as this could potentially cause serious injury.
Colors
While we make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products, please note that there may be minor variations in color due to factors such as the manufacturing process, fabric dyes, lighting conditions during photography, and individual monitor settings. We strive to provide accurate images, but please consider them as a general guide rather than an exact representation of the product's color.
